Harrison Grant case chosen as one of the most significant in Supreme Court history

With the Supreme Court marking its fifth anniversary Harrison Grant are pleased that the president of the Court, Lord Neuberger, has chosen a case where we acted for a number of local authorities as one of the five most significant cases the court has heard. In the HS2 case we acted for the local authorities who objected to proposed high speed rail link between London and Birmingham.
